Effective date: 8 July 2026

1. Scope

This agreement covers the software applications, internal tools, automations, integrations, and digital services developed, operated, or used by Collaborate Access Pvt Ltd, 237/82 Vijaya Kumarathunga Mawatha, Colombo 05, Sri Lanka ("the Company", "we", "us") — including tools that connect to third-party platforms (for example, accounting, communication, and productivity services) through those platforms' official interfaces.

2. License

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, our software is licensed for internal business use and for use by our clients as part of our services. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or redistribute the software.

3. Data & Privacy

Our applications access business data — our own company data and, where applicable, data our clients authorise us to process — solely to deliver reporting, automation, and business services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Where our software connects to third-party services, use of those services remains governed by their own terms and policies.

5. No Warranty

Our software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the software.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. The latest version published at this URL applies.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
